Daily census records admissions; transfers; paroles; and escapes. Record gives each inmate name; admittance, transfer, parole, or escape records and building assignments (for admissions and transfers). Also included are the names of institutional "guests" (usually infant children of mothers committed to the institution) and buildings in which they resided.
